This centre cockpit Sheerline 950 was built in 1991, she has her original gel coat to the topside and a painted hull which is all in good condition, she was anti-fouled in 2021 and her Perkins MC 42 engine was serviced in 2022 There is shore power and a 1800w inverter.

From the aft cockpit entrance, step into a cabin which has a walk around bed, cupboards, drawers and a wardrobe and nice teak and holly flooring.

The centre cockpit has seating in a nice clean red material, which will turn into a second double berth, the helm-seat positioned for good views all around is in the same material, curtains in a gold colour have been taken down for the winter, there is wooden flooring, warm air heating and sockets, a TV is included. The roof slides back down over this sociable saloon.

Going forward the galley is equipped with a sink and drainer with cupboards under, starboard side is the gas oven, grill and 3 ring hob set into the worktop, with a 12v fridge, the wooden flooring continues to this area.

Neatly situated in the bow is the spacious toilet and shower room, with pump out toilet and holding tank, there is an inset hand basin with cupboard under.

‘Swallow’ has a boat safety scheme certificate to March 2027 a copy of the survey carried out in 2021 may be available to the buyer.
