About this Boat
This Seamaster 813 was built in 1979 and she is powered by a BMC 1.5 diesel engine on a shaft which has had a recent service, her dimensions are 27ft in length, 9ft 2″ beam, air draft of 6ft 3″ and a under water draft of 2ft3″ she is a four berth boat with one double bed and two cabins.
‘Adagio’ is a well laid out example of a Seamaster 813, entering from the stern you will find a spacious cockpit area with separate Captain and navigators chair and seating along the transom in tasteful grey upholstery. She has a well laid out control column and all of the necessary access to the battery switches and engine bay. There is portable fridge/freezer. The canopy in good condition which can be zipped up or folded back.
Moving inside the main saloon you will find a clean and tidy galley/dining area equipped with sufficient seating and dining space with nice upholstery which will fold into a double berth, opposite is a well laid out galley with a hob, grill and oven along with a sink and tap providing hot and cold running water.
Going forward the toilet and shower area has a separate vanity basin, this area has closed doors and leads to a separate forward cabin that has 2 single berths.
There is diesel warm air heating and she was anti-fouled in 2021 and has a current river licence.
