About this Boat

A well laid out, purposely built inland waterways cruiser, this boat has duel steering positions and wide decks for safety when mooring, warps and fenders are in good condition, the hull is painted and the top sides are original gel. The engine is positioned under the deck of the outside driving position with good access from the interior companion way. An engine service was carried out in December 2023 and she was anti-fouled in September 2023.

Step onto the boat from the stern well, into the aft cabin which has a double and a single berth and an en-suite toilet and shower room with pump out toilet to holding tank and hand basin, the upholstery is in very good condition.

In the centre of the boat the galley runs along the starboard side with 4 gas hobs, oven and grill, fridge, stainless sink and drainer with worktop and cupboards under, there is shore power, which runs an immersion heater and battery charger.

The spacious saloon has seating in an ‘L’ shape that will turn into a double berth, fold down pull out dining table and further seating with upholstery in really good condition, the pilot’s position is raised for good vision, with a comprehensive instrument panel. There is a warm air heating to all cabins, shore power with plenty of sockets and all furnishings are in good condition.

The forward cabin has a double island berth, with plenty of storage and an en-suite toilet and shower room with hand basin.

‘Russet Retreat’ has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate to March 2027 and a current season Broads river licence.

A recent insurance survey will be available to the new owner.
