About this Boat

Lots of original features remain on this classic Jack Powles cruiser originally built for the well respected hire ‘Star’ fleet in Wroxham ‘Cassiopeia’ has a painted GRP hull with wooden topsides, all in very good condition, anti-fouled in 2024 she has wide decks all round, on deck equipment include; Nav lights, a stainless windless mud weight, search lights and folding wheelhouse sides with a summer and winter cover.

In 2019 a bow thruster, shore power, Victron 1600 inverter/charger, electric fridge, 2 burner cooker were all newly installed.

The Thorneycraft diesel powered engine on a shaft drive which was serviced in 2024 is positioned under the center cockpit, 3 new batteries were installed and some varnishing was also undertaken in 2024.

The raised center cockpit/main saloon has the captains chair and ‘L’ shaped seating for crew, the windscreen and side wheelhouse panels fold down for bridges and fresh air, there is a free standing dining table and a CD player.

Step down aft to the galley with gas 2 hob cooker and grill, electric fridge, sink and double drainer with lots of storage and work space.  Adjacent is the aft bedroom with a double and single berth and the toilet room with pump out toilet and hand basin.

Forward of the cockpit is a spacious area with 2 single berths and lots of storage, there is a 2nd toilet room with hand basin, note; all toilets are pump out to holding tank, opposite is a separate shower room, door leads to a cabin in the bow with 2 more single berths.

This lovely, well maintained and updated river cruiser has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate to July 2026 And the Broads licence is paid to April 2025
