About this Boat
This Freeman, having had just one owner in 20 years who has taken great care of her, is in good condition.
In spring 2019 she had a great deal of engine restoration work. This work also included being polished, varnished, anti-fouled and having the fuel tank removed and cleaned. A full list is available on request.
The cockpit pit is spacious with seating for 3 passengers along the transom, a captains seat and a fold down co pilot seat.
Inside the boat has a dinette that will make into a double berth, the galley has a sink with cold water, workspace and cupboards, note, the gas cooker has been removed.
All upholsteries are in excellent condition. And the boat will come with the usual equipment such as fenders, ropes, a mud weight, and a boat hook.
The separate toilet compartment has a Porta Potti.
Broads river licence paid until March 2020. Freemans are fast becoming a classic river cruiser.
A prospective buyer is strongly advised to check these particulars and to have at his/her own expense a survey carried out by a qualified surveyor to check the condition and description of the boat thoroughly prior to completing the purchase.
Deposits paid prior to the survey taking place, are non-refundable, except for when the surveyor discovers a severe material defect.
