About this Boat
This lovely Broom Skipper, has recently been anti-fouled and serviced, the outside and the canopy are in very good condition, the wheelhouse folds down, which gives plenty of room for low bridges. She has an electric windlass and navigation lights.
The wheel house has a pilot and a co-pilot seat, with seating for up to 3 passengers, the engine is easily accessible under the cockpit floor from the wheel house, door and steps down forward and aft to the cabins.
The aft saloon is spacious, with a large seating area and dinette which will convert into a double berth, there is lots of storage in sideboard type cupboards, all wood work through out is in very good condition, as is the upholstery and fittings.
There is diesel powered warm air heating, and shore power. This boat has been looked after, updated and loved, a survey from May 2018 is available to view after viewing the craft.
The galley, at the aft of the saloon, is equipped with good quality units and work top, with inset sink and drainer, an electric fridge and 2 gas hobs.
Forward is the bedroom with 2 single berths, can be made into a double, with separate toilet and separate shower compartments.
