This Birchwood 25 is in good overall condition and has its original gel coat to the hull and superstructure.
The sociable aft cockpit has a twin sliding sunroof, helmsman and co-pilot seats as well as bench seating across the transom. This is ideal for passengers to socialise and facilitates boating enjoyment throughout the season.
The galley folds away into a wooden sideboard. Underneath the panels, there is a stainless sink with hot and cold water, a gas hob with 2 burners and there is ample storage space throughout the boat.
Inside the spacious cabin, the dining table will fold down into a double berth and there are two V-berth singles in the bow with an infill. There is a separate toilet compartment with a pump-out toilet.
