About this Boat

A very practical cruiser well suited to the Norfolk Broads, with single level accommodation and fore and aft access. There are wide decks all around and grab rails for easier access and safe mooring.

The current owners have made a host of improvements, including a whole interior revamp in 2017, a new cooker, a new toilet (unused), exterior professionally painted, antifouled 2020, and much more!

The accommodation comprises of 2 berths. In the aft cabin, there is a large double bed, a wash hand basin with hot and cold water, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The galley provides lots of worktop space and has a full-sized cooker, Waeco fridge, stainless steel sink and separate draining board with a hot/cold tap in the middle.

Forward, in the spacious saloon, there is tongue and groove style panelling and two comfortable recliner chairs with room to add a sofa bed for guests. Going Forward, there is a door opening from the saloon to the forward well seating area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery the Norfolk Broads has to offer.

There is a spacious toilet compartment with a shower and a new pump-out toilet with a holding tank.

Very good spec including, shore power, Webasto warm air heating, inverter, immersion heater, and holding tank.

Equipped with a Perkins Diesel engine.

‘Broadland Lass’ has a Boat Safety Certificate Scheme valid until 2023.
