About this Boat
This Birchwood 25 has its original gel coat on the hull and superstructure, the fixed part of the roof has a winter cover. All covers are in good condition. the cockpit has seating down the side and along the transom, with a fixed wooden table in the centre, this will turn into a double, summer berth. There is a pilot and co-pilot seat with lots of room for all passengers to be together.
Inside the cabin is spacious with a wide companionway, the dinette has a table that will fold down to a double berth. The galley folds neatly down when not in use, lift the panels and there is a stainless sink with hot and cold water, a gas 4 hob burner and underneath is a grill and oven. The small electric fridge is under the dinette seating.
There is Propex gas heating in the cabin and new flooring throughout. The separate toilet has a pump-out toilet and a shower, with a fold-down hand basin. Anti-foul and compound May 2020. There is a V berth at the forward end with an infill.
