About this Boat

A very practical cruiser well suited to the Norfolk Broads, with single level accommodation with easy access. There are handrails on the cabin tops and the decks are wide enough for easy mooring. There is a solar panel on the roof to keep your batteries topped up, the mud weight is operable from the wheelhouse and there are stainless pulpit rails.

Inside the main cabin, there is an ‘L’ shaped sofa which will turn into a double berth and a comfortable freestanding helm seat. A table pulls out from the bulkhead at the front, and there is storage around the cabin.  There is warm air heating to the saloon area. The bulkheads and cupboards throughout the boat are in a light wood effect and all upholstery is in excellent condition.

A well-equipped galley comprises a unit with a sink and drainer on top, a gas cooker with 2 hobs (still like new), a grill and oven and a 12V fridge.

The separate toilet and shower room is alongside the galley with a pump-out toilet, shower and sink with a cupboard underneath.

The aft cabin has a double berth, a built-in unit with a mirror, drawers and a hanging locker.

Fitted with a BMC 1.5 Diesel engine on a shaft, well maintained. Fitted with a battery monitor, an echosounder and gauges for water, diesel and holding tank waste.

“The Waterside Marine Sales team of James and Lynne, provided me an excellent service during this procedure, I'd not experienced before. James suggested he knew nothing about yachts, more a motor cruiser salesman, but having sold me one, and then sold one for me, he demonstrated a convincing knowledge and understanding of the yacht world. Thanks again, Nick Poole.”
