Aft Cabin
Galley/Dinette
Access is from the aft well, there are 2 bedrooms, a double berth and a single berth in the aft cabin and two single berths in the forward cabin.
The centre saloon has a dinette opposite the galley, with a sliding roof over. The driving position is raised with seating, a handy reversing camera, has been fitted.
The warm air heating, fitted new in 2016 is Eberspacer Airtronic. (gas heater is disconnected). There is a winter cover in good condition and a summer cover only 2 years old.
The galley consists of a free standing cooker, an electric fridge, sink with hot and cold water, work space and cupboards under.
There are separate shower and toilet rooms, with a hand basin in the toilet room.
Built by Bell Boats of Brundall, the current owner has maintained and updated her very well for the past 4 years, and the previous owner maintained her very well for 28 years.
An out of the water survey for insurance purpose will be carried out to go with the sale.
