This lovely Shetland, has a bathing platform for easy boarding with a door in the transom just step on board! the cockpit has a teak and ash flooring, the leatherette upholstery is comfortable and stylish in white, there is passenger seating in an ‘L’ shape that will make a summer berth and the Captain’s and Co Pilot’s seats to match, the helm has instrumentation for the bow & stern thrusters, Clipper speed and depth log, electric anchor windless, wind screen wipers and navigation lights. the canopy over is in good condition and folds down to go under all Broads bridges. There is shore power and a spare canopy.
The Yanmar 56hp diesel engine on a shaft drive is below the deck and was serviced in 2023 the batteries are 2022 she was anti-fouled in 2021
Inside the main saloon has nice clean upholstery in good condition, 2 dining areas down the port side and in a ‘U’ shape forward, with lots of seating which will convert into a double and a single berth. Spot and ceiling lighting compliment the interior, the cabinetry which is in a light coloured wood, houses plenty of stowage, the galley is very well equipped; sink unit with Avonite worktop, stainless sink with hot and cold water, 3 gas hob, Smev oven, Waeco fridge and wine cooler! Microwave and are TV included. The heating is gas warm air.
The separate stylish toilet and shower room has an electric flush, pump out toilet with holding tank, vanity sink with under hang basin and shower. A space under the deck sole can be a single berth or is handy to stow cushions.
‘Tismere’ has a boat safety scheme certificate to 2027 and a current Broads licence.
